The main case portion will fit just about any non-erect penis, and the adjustable ball ring plus three spacers can be combined any way that works for you/them. A classic padlock is included, along with two keys.  Please keep the keys somewhere safe - this lock isn't the easy-pick type.

To get it on them, or yourself, apply some lube to the cock in question, and gently pull your testicles through the ring before bending your (non-erect, please!) shaft downward into the cage. A classic padlock and two keys are included - keep at least one of the keys in a very safe place, since the padlock isn't a type you can easily pick.

In body safe stainless steel, the Blue Line Obediance Cage is easy to clean using warm soapy water or a good toy care fluid/foam, but it can also be boiled or bleached for more thorough sterilization.
