Shipping Types

Your order is important to us, so we're committed to providing fast, secure, and reliable delivery for all our products. Shipping times are typically Monday through Friday, and you can find the shipping options for each item on the product page and in your shopping cart.

Product shipping is categorized into two types:

Domestic Warehouse Shipping
Ships via UPS, DHL, or other similar courier services. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days.

International Warehouse Shipping
Ships via 4PX or other similar courier services. Typically, it takes 7-14 business days.

Exceptions

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or military APOs. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply.

Shipping Costs

In addition to indicating free shipping in the product price, we'll also display "Free Shipping" wherever applicable. When browsing products, look for the "Free Shipping" text below the price and next to the product image on the product page. If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping, any applicable shipping costs will be listed in the shopping cart, pricing details, and during checkout.

Exceptions

Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Due to shipping restrictions, non-standard items (such as flooring or certain large fixtures) may not qualify for free shipping.

Sales Tax

In addition to any shipping charges, your order may be subject to sales tax. We are required to collect these charges based on specific state and local tax rates.
